A career opportunity exists at REINHARDT TRANSPORT - NIGEL for the position of CREDITORS ADMINISTRATOR . Key Responsibilities Capture creditor invoices in accordance with set guidelines Ensure that all creditor invoices are approved/signed off by relevant manager Prepare monthly reconciliations of creditors invoices against statements Prepare and send remittance advices for creditor payments Check age analysis for creditors to ensure that there are no long outstanding liabilities Allocation of creditor payments Process recovery invoices ensure supporting documentation is accurate and correct. Monthly reconciliations thereof. Uploading BEE certificates and ensure suppliers info is updated on BEE platform. Adhoc journals & tasks required by the Financial Manager Capture Wages Invoices onto the system Daily recons TMS vs QSA (Diesel) Job Specification
