• Manage the credit policy for auto, home equity, and short channel activities by reviewing, analyzing and monitoring portfolio quality and risk evolution.
• Follow up early risk indicators and react promptly to meet targets.
• Monitor acceptance metrics to support the business, optimizing approval rates and time-to-decision.
• Prepare monthly presentations for local and group credit committees.
• Lead and coach a high‑performing credit risk team, encouraging high standards.
