Job Responsibilities: Conduct telephonic verification of loan applicants. Assess customer eligibility by reviewing financial and personal information. Verify customer details and supporting documents. Evaluate creditworthiness in accordance with company policies. Coordinate with customers to obtain pending information or documents. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Ensure timely processing of loan applications while achieving quality and productivity targets. Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline. 1–4 years of experience in Credit Underwriting, Loan Verification, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Telecalling. Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
