Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the credit management team, tracking performance through KPIs and metrics.
  
• Act as the escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk credit issues.
  
• Conduct credit assessments and ongoing reviews for new and existing customers, setting and managing credit limits.
  
• Evaluate the financial health and creditworthiness of clients to minimize exposure to risk.
  
• Recommend and implement action plans to enhance credit processes, collections, and risk management.
  
• Maintain and regularly update process flows, SOPs, and desk instructions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
