Credit Controller

A vacancy has arisen within our Credit Control department based in Biggleswade for a Credit Controller.

The role contributes to the success and profitability of Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd and Liebherr Construction Equipment Ireland Ltd, by maintaining an effective credit process and developing positive customer relationships with new and existing customers whilst working within the Company’s key result areas; Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, Leadership.

Your Responsibilities

• Opening and assessing new customer accounts.
• Managing a wide and diverse ledger with effective cash collection.
• Being responsible for the day-to-day management of customer accounts ensuring completeness, accuracy and validity.
• Preparing internal reports to include but not limited to debtor days, queries and cash management.
• Calculating and reviewing of bad debt provision.
