Salary: £45,000-£50,000 (DOE)

The company has a small, supportive finance team and is looking for someone who can take full ownership of the credit control function and progress into a leadership role.

Key Requirements
-Strong credit control background with proven results
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
-Experience mentoring or leading a team

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and support the credit control team
-Drive timely cash collection and manage overdue debt
-Maintain accurate ledgers and communication logs
-Work closely with senior leadership on reporting and debt strategy
