**Our client**:
It is a management services company that helps around 200+ properties in the US and is already considered one of the best management companies in the southeast region of the United States.
**Job Activities**:
- Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
- Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation and issuing stop payments and adjustments.
- Generate refund check requests.
- Review homeowner accounts and process adjustments.
- Change the account owner in the system.
- Fill out formats to support the escrow department, and verifies documents.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday:_
- Regular Schedule:7:30 to 16:30 Mexico City time
- Daylight saving: 6:30 to 15:30 Mexico City time.
