Roles And Responsibilities

  • Sending and responding to emails for customers and follow‑ups
  • Contacting customers via phone and email to support them throughout the journey, requiring excellent customer service skills
  • Setting up meetings between broker and customer
  • Collaborating with brokers to gather, rename, and verify documents
  • Checking documents to ensure all required information is available and correct
  • Contacting bank broker support teams and BDMs for different scenarios
  • Ordering valuations, pricing, and credit checks
