About the Role:

• Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes

• Complete, maintain, and audit CAQH profiles for accuracy and compliance

• Handle payer enrollment submissions and follow up on application status

• Oversee Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payer credentialing and revalidation processes across applicable states

• Track provider credentialing status, expirations, and reappointments
