Our client is seeking a Creator Recruitment & Growth Lead to own the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and monetization of TikTok creators. This is not a traditional sales role. It is an on-camera, revenue-owning position at the intersection of creator recruitment, live hosting, and talent development. The successful candidate will serve as the face of recruitment on TikTok Live, engaging potential creators in real time, onboarding them into the network, and coaching them to generate consistent revenue.
