Creator Growth Coordinator

We are hiring a Creator Growth Coordinator to support a portfolio of content creators across audience growth, content strategy, creator operations, and monetization initiatives. This is not a traditional influencer marketing role.

We are specifically seeking professionals with hands‑on experience managing creators and helping them grow their audiences, businesses, and monetization strategies within the creator economy.

The ideal candidate understands how creators build audiences, optimize content performance, expand their personal brands, and generate revenue through multiple monetization channels. They should be comfortable partnering directly with creators, providing strategic guidance, managing day‑to‑day creator operations, and identifying opportunities for long‑term growth.
