Job Description

This is a remote position. The Creative Strategist will own the research, ideation, and optimization of creative assets across paid ads, email/SMS, landing pages, and UGC. They'll translate brand goals, market data, and consumer psychology into briefs, scripts, and testing roadmaps, partnering with designers, editors, media buyers, and UGC creators to execute. This role focuses on conversion optimization and creative direction guiding creative generalists, reviewing and approving output, and ensuring all creatives are aligned with CRO goals. The strategist does not handle direct web design, but must have strong CRO experience to boost campaign effectiveness.
