Position Description: Next Step Worldwide is looking for Creative Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and output of our projects, ensuring they align with our brand identity and objectives.


You will lead a team of talented designers and copywriters, guiding them to deliver innovative and impactful solutions across various platforms.


Key Responsibilities: Develop concepts, copy, and big ideas (proficiency in Urdu is a plus).


Manage and lead a team while meeting project deadlines.


Execute brand communication strategies and create engaging presentations Work across diverse media platforms.


Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience.


    Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills.
