You will be responsible for identifying new digital opportunities and translating them into viable, high-impact features that bring the magic of physical toys to life in the digital space, ensuring our cooperation continues to grow and evolve.

What it means on a daily basis

• Analyse the client ecosystem, brand strategy, and market trends to identify new digital opportunities, ranging from AI‑powered tools to phygital integrations.
• Structure innovation concepts into clear value propositions and detailed proposals, including scope definition, milestones, high‑level budget estimations, and expected KPIs.
• Support the pre‑production phase by defining hypotheses, creating MVP scopes, and establishing validation frameworks.
