About the Role

Neighbourhood Creative is looking for a highly creative, organized, and hands-on Creative Lead to join our team. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can turn ideas into execution, and is passionate about building brands through impactful content and storytelling. As our Creative Lead, you’ll oversee content production from strategy to execution, lead creative direction across client and internal projects, and help shape the future of our creative output.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead creative calls with clients and internal teams to align on goals, concepts, and direction

• Develop detailed shot lists, schedules, storyboards, and production plans
