who understands how to build and scale
winning ads
on Meta.

We don't just need someone who makes creatives — we need someone who understands why an ad wins, how to structure it, and how to consistently bring winning results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-converting ad concepts for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Research competitors and identify winning ads
• Break down hooks, angles, offers, and ad structures
• Lead creative strategy discussions within the team
• Build and manage structured ad testing frameworks
• Collaborate with designers & video editors to produce performance-driven creatives
• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, Conversion Rate, ROAS)
• Optimize and scale winning ads systematically

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Creative Strategy / Performance Marketing
