Role Overview We’re looking for a Creative Lead who can own end-to-end creative output for a performance-driven marketing team. This role is responsible for delivering high-volume, high-quality, on-time creatives that directly improve platform performance (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CVR).

What You’ll Own Translate marketing briefs into sharp, performance-driven creative direction.
Build structured creative systems: briefing templates, review cadence, trackers, version control, asset libraries.
Ensure platform-optimized creatives across:
Meta
Google
YouTube
Marketplaces
Website & CRM (where required)
Be hands-on when needed — this is not a purely managerial role.
Lead daily/weekly standups to manage bandwidth, deadlines, and escalations.
