Job Description

We are looking for a digital-native 
Creative Intern
 who knows how to stop the scroll. You won't just be managing social media; you'll be creating it. Your primary focus will be turning raw footage from live events into high-performing 
YouTube Shorts
, Instagram Reels, and TikToks.

You'll also be very connected to our growing Podcast, for editing Shorts, Segements and Thumbnails

What You'll Do

• Event Coverage:
   Attend live events to capture behind-the-scenes (BTS), interviews, and high-energy b-roll.
• Video Editing:
   Script and edit fast-paced YouTube Shorts and social segments (adding captions, transitions, and trending audio).
• Content Repurposing:
   Take long-form event recordings and chop them into viral-ready highlights.
• Trend Monitoring:
   Stay ahead of the curve on YouTube and TikTok trends to ensure our content feels fresh, not corporate.

Job Requirements
