Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Creative Strategy & Delivery Lead the creative direction across campaigns, academic visuals, social media, digital platforms, print materials, and events
  • Ensure on-time and high-quality design delivery across business and academic units
  • Implement visual storytelling techniques to improve learner comprehension and brand recall
  • Data-Driven Design & Content Volume Use analytics to measure performance of creatives (CTR, engagement, etc) and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Maintain high-volume, high-quality content pipelines for academic sessions, promotional campaigns, YouTube, and paid ads
  • Standardize design templates for recurring content types
  • Brand Development & Visual Consistency Uphold and evolve the brand identity of the institution across all media
