Job Description
We are hiring a Creative Director to lead and maintain the quality of all photo editing and video editing deliverables, primarily for construction and built-environment projects. This role focuses on ensuring clean, accurate, and consistent visual outputs that support marketing, business development, and client communication.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will oversee editing workflows, review final outputs, guide the editing team, and step in to edit or correct work when needed. You are accountable for the final assets delivered to clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the quality and consistency of all photo and video editing deliverables
- Set and enforce editing standards for color, exposure, pacing, sound, and exports
- Review and approve all final assets before delivery
- Lead and support photo editors and video editors
- Coordinate with capture teams and stakeholders to ensure edits align with project goals
