About Shuffle Club Co
Shuffle Club Co is scaling from 11 to 50+ themed playing card decks — Western, Golf, Auto, Travel, and counting. We have a talented team of freelance designers (4 active) and a strong brand voice. We need a creative lead to own the pipeline, brief creators effectively, and ensure every deck we release is a hit.
The Role
You'll sit between strategy and execution — translating market opportunities into compelling deck concepts, managing our designer relationships, and ensuring every product launch is polished from card face to packaging to product photography. You'll work closely with the founder and have real creative ownership.
