Role Summary

We’re seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, media, and technology. As an individual contributor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the learner experience through stunning visual storytelling, interactive media, and cutting-edge tools—including AI and immersive design platforms. You‘ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn instructional concepts into visually engaging, performance-driven digital learning content.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Media Production

- Design creative assets for eLearning and digital learning: WBTs, CBTs, ILTs, simulations, infographics, icons, and microlearning modules.

- Develop Level 1 and Level 2 instructional videos with audio syncing, transitions, text animations, and branded visuals.
