Creative Designer

The Creative Designer is responsible for developing all visual creatives and design assets for XMPLR's sports marketing campaigns, events, and merchandise, working closely with stakeholders to bring XMPLR's brand strategy to life through compelling visuals.

Responsibilities—What you'll do:

• Design social media graphics, posts, stories, and reels for sports events and campaigns
• Create key visuals (KVs), posters, banners, and promotional materials for tournaments and activations
• Develop custom designs for medals, trophies, certificates, and event collateral
• Produce merchandise designs including t-shirts, hoodies, caps, and branded gear
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and sales teams to align designs with campaign goals
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print assets, adhering to XMPLR style guides
