Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-converting performance ad creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms
  • Create static, motion, and video-first assets optimized for ROAS, CTR, and conversions
  • Develop ad variations for A/B testing (hooks, thumbnails, copies, layouts, UGC styles)
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to iterate creatives based on data insights
  • Maintain brand consistency across campaigns while experimenting with new formats
  • Design landing page banners, emailers, and website creatives to support campaigns
  • Stay updated with trends in beauty, skincare, and D2C performance advertising
  • Understand competitor creatives and build differentiated visual storytelling
Requirements
  • 4–8 years of experience in performance-focused creative design (D2C/FMCG preferred)
