Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting performance ad creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Create static, motion, and video-first assets optimized for ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Develop ad variations for A/B testing (hooks, thumbnails, copies, layouts, UGC styles)
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to iterate creatives based on data insights
- Maintain brand consistency across campaigns while experimenting with new formats
- Design landing page banners, emailers, and website creatives to support campaigns
- Stay updated with trends in beauty, skincare, and D2C performance advertising
- Understand competitor creatives and build differentiated visual storytelling
- 4–8 years of experience in performance-focused creative design (D2C/FMCG preferred)
