Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding of creative and visual and aesthetic aspect of designing

- Understanding of design specifications for creatives for advertising digitally

Experience: 5-6 years of experience in Designing ad-creatives for social media campaigns

- Designing websites/ mobile apps

- Leading a team

Software:

- Photoshop

- InDesign

- Illustrator and their likes

Qualities:

- Thinking outside the box

- Aesthetic sense

- Eye for detail

- Constant hunger to learn experiment more

- Supporting and mentoring team members

Responsibilities:

- Ideate and design creatives for social media campaigns

- Design website banners and logos and Apps

- Provide guidance to the Web Team to enhance a website's experience
