Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the design vision across all digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, website, paid ads).

- Create high-quality designs for reels, carousels, static posts, stories, campaigns, and offline creatives.

- Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and content teams.

- Develop visual identities, packaging designs, and digital assets that align with Winston’s premium positioning.

- Manage end-to-end design execution — from concept sketches to final deliverables.

- Mentor and guide junior designers to maintain a consistent design language.

- Stay updated with design trends, typography, and motion graphics to keep Winston’s content fresh and relevant.
