Creative Design Lead

The successful candidate

will be expected to provide leadership and coordination across the following areas: Design & Vision Integration Develop and maintain a cohesive environmental and visual design framework aligned with LCS’s mission, brand, and values Ensure consistency across multiple campuses and project types Project Areas Services may include leadership and coordination related to: Interior branding and graphics Furniture selection Donor walls, recognition plaques, and acknowledgement installations History, legacy, and storytelling spaces Signage and wayfinding systems Program interior branding (e.g., decals, wraps, office graphics) Print and production coordination for smaller visual assets Coordination & Execution Work collaboratively with internal Facilities, IT, and Media teams Coordinate with external vendors, fabricators, and installers Develop briefs, mockups, specifications, and installation plans as required Support scheduling, sequencing, and pr...
