Creative Content Designer

MAW Motion Studios is a content agency working with founders, tech brands, and serious creators globally.
We're hiring a Creative Content Designer with strong design aesthetics who can also handle writing and content execution when required.
This is not an internship and not a just posting role.
We're looking for someone with taste, clarity, and responsibility
What You'll Do
Design (Primary Focus)
• Design clean, premium social media creatives
• Work on carousels, statics, banners
• Maintain strong visual consistency
• Tools: Canva (required), Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma (bonus)
Content & Execution (Secondary Focus)
• Write and refine captions & post copy
• Manage content calendars & approvals
• Generate voiceovers using ElevenLabs
• Coordinate with editors and ensure timelines
Roughly 60% design / 40% content & coordination on a monthly basis.
