Job Summary: We are partnering with a leading entertainment company to identify a Creative Assistant for a fast-paced team in Toronto. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who can help keep calendars, projects, communications, and administrative workflows organized while supporting a creative environment with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars for 1-2 executives, including booking and confirming meetings and calls across multiple time zones.
  • Track projects and their status throughout the development and production process using internal tools and databases.
