Creative Arts Technician

We are seeking a motivated and practical Creative Arts and Design Technician to support teaching and learning across our Creative Arts Faculty, including Art, Food, and Design.

This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in creative, hands‑on environments and supporting young people to succeed. You will play a vital part in ensuring lessons run smoothly by preparing resources, maintaining equipment, and helping to create safe, engaging learning spaces.

The Role

As Creative Arts and Design Technician, you will:

• Support pupils during practical lessons under the direction of teaching staff
• Prepare, organise, and maintain materials, tools, ingredients, and specialist equipment
• Ensure studios, kitchens, and workshops are clean, safe, and well organised
• Assist with health and safety procedures and promote positive behaviour
• Manage stock, storage, and basic record keeping
