Creative Art Director Position

Join Spier & Mackay as an Art Director, where your creative vision shapes our brand's aesthetic. This role combines creative direction with hands-on production responsibilities.
We seek an experienced Art Director with 5 to 8 years in fashion or lifestyle. You'll create shot lists, oversee shoots, and ensure every image aligns with our established visual standards. A strong menswear sensibility will be essential for making informed creative decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Craft shot lists and design mood boards for shoots
• Guide location scouting and manage casting activities
• Direct the stylist for garment and set selections
• Oversee lighting, set arrangements, and talent direction
• Lead the culling and approval of images post-shoot
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in creative direction within fashion
• Portfolio demonstrating quality and aesthetic range
• Direct experience with production processes
• Genuine interest in menswear and fashion
