You will work closely with the content, performance marketing, and growth teams to translate ideas, insights, and strategies into scroll-stopping creatives that drive both engagement and conversions.
The ideal candidate understands that design for Instagram is not design for Amazon , and that performance creatives demand speed, clarity, and iteration .
