I wish to create an App for driving test routes in America.
The learner would download the App, register (ideally through Google or Apple), select their State and then test centre.
There are 50 states and around 2600 DMV Test Locations. Each location will have 8 routes to follow.
The routes are all 4 miles long, large number of left turns and right turns and (very important) avoid highways.
The 8 routes should all be varied and cover all different directions.
I only want to work with someone who has experience in creating GPS apps. I dont want to use Google maps as its costly but open to mapbox or OSRM or any you suggest. The routes will be fixed and should not change regardless of traffic.
To rule out spammers anyone who bids exactly $11500 will be archived.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
