I’m looking for a content creator who understands that content is not decoration — it’s positioning.
This role is for someone who can translate business objectives into visual narratives. Someone who doesn’t just follow trends, but knows when to use them — and when to ignore them.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of hands‑on experience managing social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong video production and editing skills (short‑form, vertical, platform‑native formats)
- Ability to operate professional video and photography cameras — not only smartphones
- Solid understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and audio capture
- Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or equivalent) and design software
- The ability to think in campaigns, not just posts
- A clear sense of brand aesthetics and visual consistency
