Context
The CRE Business Partner is the primary point of contact (POC) for one or more internal customers. In this role, you translate the internal customer’s business strategy into a minimum 7‑year CRE strategy, ensuring that all Corporate Real Estate (CRE) solutions—ranging from office spaces and technical rooms to cleanroom environments—support business continuity, operational efficiency, and long‑term capacity needs. You manage the full portfolio of CAPEX and CRE‑related initiatives for your customer(s), securing alignment, consistency, and predictable delivery and cost.Requirements
