Conventional Lathe Operator

• Operate conventional transforming equipment (lathe) to produce high-precision components according to customer specifications.
• Precisely position components into the device.
• Identify procedures to machine (cut) components to the required size.
• Perform quality checks using hand measuring tools such as verniers and micrometers, including first-offs before further machining.
• Perform preventative maintenance to properly maintain equipment.
• Maintain workplace housekeeping.
• Ensure all work, tasks, procedures, and paperwork meet ISO 9001 standards.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating in a similar setting.
• Ability to operate manual and CNC turning turrets.
• Ability to use training devices.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing technical drawings.
