Crane Operator

A Truck-Mounted Crane Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of truck-mounted cranes to lift, move, and position materials, equipment, and structural components on construction or industrial sites. This role involves inspecting the crane before and after operation, setting up outriggers, determining load weights and lift plans, and operating controls with precision while following safety regulations and site procedures. The operator coordinates closely with riggers and signalmen, reads load charts and job instructions, and ensures compliance with company policies and government safety standards. The position may also include basic equipment maintenance, documentation of daily operations, and the ability to work in varying site conditions. Successful candidates should be properly licensed or certified, safety-focused, and experienced in operating truck-mounted cranes.
