The Craft Manager overseeing the NMS Rigging personnel will:
+ Oversee daily rigging operations throughout the NMS facility y by maintaining a high-performance standard, setting expectations, and holding staff accountable.Be responsible for managing the senior leadership assignments and monitoring the productivity of each project. Must have a strong sense of Safety, Productivity and Quality assurance, as well as provide technical assistance, and generally manage multiple levels of direct reports within the Shop.
+ Key areas of focus will be to review, revise and develop process procedures within the ship that will align with the safety as a core value.
+ Required to work with direct reports to develop and/or review project schedules and budgets during the planning phase.
+ Allocating personnel and resources to efficiently support all contracts (including shift work).
