About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-minded Deal Desk Operations Specialist to join our growing Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our Sales organization, ensuring that complex deals are structured, priced, and quoted accurately using our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools.
You will serve as the first line of defense for our US-based sales team, providing real-time support during their working hours. Success in this role requires a unique blend of technical CPQ knowledge, financial acumen, and exceptional customer service skills to guide Account Executives through the deal process smoothly.
