CPM Maintenance Engineer

YOUR ROLE

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Technicians and Manufacturing Specialists.
• Oversee and supervise all maintenance, PM and AM activities at assembly manufacturing and ensure all equipment run at their best performance standard.
• Define and improve work instructions for PM and AM activities.
• Manage machine performance (OEE, MTBI, MTBF) and unscheduled downtime (TUD).
• Co‑train and develop Technicians and Manufacturing Specialists to meet current and future business requirements.
• Improve equipment uptime (OEE, MTBI and MTBF).
• Ensure all maintenance staff adhere to safety policy and procedures.
• Plan, track and adhere to the maintenance budget.
• Oversee spare parts stocks for preventive maintenance and unscheduled downtime.
• Identify new tools and parts to improve productivity and reduce cost.
