CPFR Team Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CPFR Team Lead  to drive on-shelf in-stock excellence for Royal Canin products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain, proven leadership experience, and a passion for building collaborative relationships both internally and externally. This is a hybrid position , requiring a few days per week onsite at our Guelph office, combined with remote work flexibility. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, developing the CPFR function, and optimizing value chain operations in partnership with key business units.

Education & Professional Qualifications

• University Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Operations, CPFR, Demand, Planning, and/or Logistics.
