CPA Accounting Manager — GAAP, Close & Leadership

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, an active CPA license, and over 5 years of accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.

You will be responsible for managing month-end and year-end close processes, preparing financial statements in compliance with GAAP, and supervising accounting staff. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
