Summary of Position

:

The Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation of the store. This person is accountable for leading the retail team in providing COWS World Class Service to our customers.


Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Demonstrating COWS World Class Service: “All COWS customers must receive above and beyond care and attention, better than would ever be received anywhere in the world, at all times!”

  • Greeting and serving customers

  • Being the liaison between staff and management

  • Handling staff and customer concerns

  • Opening and closing the store

  • Preparing bank deposits

  • Handling cash – making change

  • Having a keen awareness of product knowledge and determining customers’ needs

  • Restocking merchandise

  • Keeping the store tidy and clean, including counters and seating areas
