Summary of Position

:

This person is responsible for the day to day operation of the ice cream counter. This person is accountable for leading the ice cream team in providing “World Class Service” to our COWS customers.


 Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Demonstrating COWS World Class Service

  • Greeting and serving customers

  • Being a team builder and team facilitator

  • Being a liaison between staff and management

  • Opening and closing the store

  • Preparation of bank deposits

  • Handling voids

  • Responding to customer and staff concerns

  • Recording daily temperature checks and waste as required

  • Preparation of all menu items

  • Preparation of cone batter, waffle cones and dishes

  • Replenishing paper supplies and syrup toppings

  • Handling cash – making change
