Cover Supervisor – Day-to-day supply across Norwich and surrounding areas, starting as soon as possible

Duties as Cover Supervisor:
- Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring pupils remain on task
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour
- Support pupils with their learning and encourage engagement
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Liaise with teaching staff to report on pupil progress and behaviour
- Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently
- Has experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
- Demonstrates confidence managing classroom behaviour
- Is adaptable, enthusiastic, and reliable
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
