About the role

Vision for Education is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor for a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) in Redditch.

This is a vital role in supporting students who have been excluded or cannot attend mainstream schools due to behavioural, emotional, or medical needs. The role is both challenging and rewarding, requiring resilience, adaptability, and a strong understanding of behaviour management.

This role is offered on a full-time basis Monday-Friday starting in September.

About the Role:


  • You will play a vital role in supporting students who have been excluded or cannot attend mainstream schools due to behavioural, emotional, or medical needs.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons when teachers are absent.
