Salary: £100 - £130 per day

The role involves leading a classroom and managing behaviour across KS3/KS4 as a Cover Supervisor for mainstream secondary schools. You will deliver pre‑planned lessons, maintain high standards of behaviour and keep students engaged and on task throughout the school day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Maintain student engagement and ensure on‑task behaviour throughout the school day.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience working within a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Confidence covering a range of subjects across KS3 / KS4.
