Secondary Cover Supervisor – Full-Time
Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf (various secondary schools)
Pay: £120 per day

We are seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Secondary Cover Supervisors to work across a range of schools in the Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) area. The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the classroom teacher. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering and supervising pre-prepared lessons across KS3 and KS4
Maintaining a calm, focused, and positive learning environment
Managing behaviour in line with school policies
Taking registers and following safeguarding procedures
