Are you passionate about education and looking to gain valuable classroom experience? We are seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools across Guildford.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of teaching staff.

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively.

  • Ensure students remain engaged and on task.

  • Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons.

  • Uphold school policies and safeguarding procedures.

    • Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people is desirable.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage a classroom confidently.

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
