At Academics, we are specifically looking for confident, resilient leaders to step up as a cover supervisor in local secondary schools, command immediate respect, and keep teenagers focused on their work.
If you have a background in sports coaching, youth justice, military/emergency services, security, or behavior mentorship, your transferable skills make you the ideal cover supervisor for the classrooms that need you most.
What the Role Demands
This is a highly rewarding but demanding role. You won't be expected to plan or mark lessons, but your primary responsibility as a cover supervisor is to own the room.
